1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Bressani Web has designated a person in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question, request for access, correction or withdrawal of consent, or to file a complaint:
Person in charge of the protection of personal information, Bressani Web
873, boulevard D’Iberville, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec)
Email: info@bressani.co
Phone: 1-844-700-2525
2. Information collected
We only collect the information we need:
- “Tell us about your project” form: name, company, phone, email, project type, current website, approximate budget and project description.
- Technical security data: IP address, browser type and technical logs kept by our hosting and security providers.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous, aggregated visit statistics, with no cookies or profiling.
3. Purposes
Your information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you and protect the site against fraud and spam. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
4. Consent
Your consent is requested before the form is sent and before any non-essential cookie is enabled. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the person in charge or, for cookies, using the “Privacy Settings” button on the Cookie Policy page.
5. Disclosure to third parties and hosting outside Québec
To operate the site, we use providers that may process some information outside Québec, notably in the United States: hosting (Vercel) and security and network (Cloudflare). The “Tell us about your project” form is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which stores responses in the European Union and forwards them to us by email. Before any personal information is communicated outside Québec, Bressani Web conducts a privacy impact assessment and ensures by contract that these providers offer adequate protection.
6. Retention and destruction
Requests received through the form are stored in our Tally account, with restricted access, and forwarded by email to the authorized administrative address. They are kept for no more than 24 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded, then securely deleted. Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our providers.
7. Security
We apply reasonable security measures: mandatory HTTPS encryption, web application firewall, bot protection, form spam protection, restricted administrative access with multi-factor authentication and encrypted backups.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction, deletion, data portability or the withdrawal of your consent. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
9. Confidentiality incidents
Every confidentiality incident is recorded in a register. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, the affected persons and the Commission d’accès à l’information are notified promptly.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
